Tip of the week: Remove dried glue from wood flooring

Tip of the week: Remove dried glue from wood flooring

When installing wood flooring using the glue down method, excess glue can sometimes ooze in between wood planks. It's easier to remove the glue before it dries, but sometimes we don't see the glue until the following day. Dried glue is very hard to remove, but I have an effective way to remove it. Simply spray WD-40 on the affected area and use a rag to rub it off. The WD-40 will easily remove the dried glue without damaging the finish on the wood flooring.
