    1. Hello Jr. How are you? Our Prices vary based on the size of the home. A home that is around 1,000 sq ft to 2,000 sq ft is around $500 (not including any additional Testing such as Radon and Water Testing).

Our inspections include a comprehensive examination of:

      • The Structure from the Foundation to the Roof.
      • The Mechanical Systems
      • The Electrical System
      • The Heating/Cooling System (HVAC )
      • The Plumbing & Well Flow Test
      • All Appliances
      • Screening for Asbestos and Mold
      • Termite/WDI/Pest Inspection (Wood Destroying Insect)
      • Final Walk Through – We return to the home just prior to your closing to insure all systems are functioning and seller or builder repairs were completed properly. There is no charge for this service. We also will provide a tutorial to help you understand the major systems in the home once you have moved in as a courtesy. (*We are the only Inspection Company in America that will come back to the home a 2nd time, at no charge, to ensure all is well before going to the closing table)
